Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor, in partnership with Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), has opened Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, marking the brand’s first hotel in Thailand.
Located in Bangkok’s vibrant Sukhumvit neighbourhood, the hotel features 416 guestrooms and 58 suites, alongside dining, wellness, events and meeting facilities.

Designed by Thai firm PIA, the hotel takes inspiration from Thailand’s botanical heritage, with floral elements featured throughout the property, including a lobby chandelier inspired by the national ratchaphruek flower. The design combines residential-style comfort with lively social spaces, creating settings for both intimate occasions and larger gatherings.
A Vibrant & Epicurean Epicenter
Located in the heart of Sukhumvit, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit puts guests close to Bangkok’s dining, entertainment and cultural attractions. Food and drinks are central to the hotel, with seven dining concepts set to open throughout 2026.
Harper’s offers a North American-French brasserie experience, while AELA Social Bar transitions from a daytime lounge into a cocktail destination at night. CAYA Pool Club serves contemporary takes on Thai street food alongside creative cocktails.

Opening in mid-September 2026, Wiggle Room will offer an immersive supper club experience combining cabaret-inspired entertainment, live music, cocktails and dining.
In December 2026, two additional rooftop restaurants will open across levels 32 and 33, offering Italian-Japanese cuisine and contemporary Thai dishes alongside panoramic views of Bangkok.
Wellness Without Walls
Wellness is another key part of the Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit experience, extending beyond its spa and fitness facilities. Fairmont Spa draws inspiration from jasmine, a symbol of Thai hospitality and purity, offering treatments designed to support guests’ wellbeing.
Fairmont Studio provides spaces for yoga, cardio and strength training, while Fairmont Fit offers additional wellness programmes and amenities to help guests maintain their routines while travelling.

Bangkok’s Definitive Events Destination
The hotel offers more than 21,500 square feet of flexible event space across three floors, catering to everything from conferences and business meetings to weddings and celebrations.
Its main venue, the Signature Grand Ballroom, features a 12-metre-high ceiling and dedicated arrival area. The event offering also includes a second ballroom, seven breakout rooms, Couture Hall and additional meeting spaces.

Turning Moments into Special Memories for Every Family Member
Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit offers family-friendly accommodations and a Kids Club, while pets weighing up to 30kg are also welcome with dedicated amenities.
Guests booking the Fairmont Gold experience receive access to a private lounge, dedicated reception and concierge service, along with food and drinks throughout the day.

In line with AWC’s sustainability goals, the hotel has been designed to LEED Gold standards and incorporates features such as biophilic design, water recycling, smart energy systems, improved indoor air quality, EV charging and a heat-reducing façade.
Fairmont properties are also part of ALL Accor, offering members rewards, services and experiences through the group’s loyalty programme.
Reservations for stays from 18th August 2026 are now available through Fairmont’s official website here and ALL Accor’s website here.
