For a limited time, every Friday and Saturday, Chef Andy Choy—executive chef and partner of N.I.C.E. Bistronome, Chateau Dionne, and Doux Doux by Chateau Dionne—joins as a guest chef. With two decades of global fine dining experience, including 3 Michelinstarred Guy Savoy in Paris and Gordon Ramsay in London and Dubai, Choy was Champion of the 2017 Chef Par Excellence Competition and a finalist at the 2018 Concours Gastronomie Paris.

Each week features rotating menus and live kitchens serving home-made pasta, French classics, and Italian favourites. Highlights include chitarra pasta topped with salmon or prawns, stracciatella with figs and hazelnuts, and foie gras mousse with mixed berries.
Expect iconic dishes such as Marseille’s bouillabaisse, mushroom tortellini, braised beef cheek, cheese wheel risotto, and herb-crusted roast lamb.
