We don’t know about you but 2015 is looking to be a great year for Malaysians as various artistes including Michael Bublé, Slash, Avenged Sevenfold, The Script, Ed Sheeran will be holding concerts in Malaysia soon.
But here’s a piece of good news for K-Pop fans – B1A4 is set to hold a special fan meeting in Malaysia too!
Formed under the management of WM Entertainment, B1A4 is a South Korean K-Pop idol boy group who were first introduced to the public through a webtoon. It was initially believed that B1A4 would be a mixed gender group but this was later proven false after WM Entertainment revealed that the group comprised of 5 boys: Jin-young, CNU, Sandeul, Baro, and Gongchan.
The group name, B1A4 represents the members’ blood types as Baro is the only member with B blood type. The name is also an abbreviation of “Be The One, All For One”. The group made their debut with the single “O.K” and subsequently released their debut EP, “Let’s Fly” in April 2011. They also made their debut performance through an episode of “Show! Music Core”. On 31st July 2011, Jinyoung announced on B1A4’s fancafe that the fandom will be called ‘BANA’ (바나); BA represents B1A4 while NA represents the fans. When put together, it means “we have fallen for each other” (반하다).
B1A4 has released 2 studio albums, 5 EPs, and various singles since their debut in South Korea. In 2012, the boys signed on with Pony Canyon to make their debut in Japan. Prior to their Japanese debut, B1A4 held their first ever showcase, “B1A4 – Japan Showcase Live 2011” at the Sinagawa Stellar Ball in Tokyo. They also bagged the “Rookie of the Year” award at Tower Records’ K-Pop Lovers! Awards 2011 before making their debut in Japan.
Their upcoming showcase in Malaysia will mark their 4th visit to our country as they were previously here for 2011’s MOA Live in Malaysia, 2012’s “one FM THE ONE Concert” and 2013’s “Samsung GALAXY The 27th Golden Disk Awards in Kuala Lumpur”. Malaysian fans even got to witness the group winning the “Disk Album of The Year” award at GDA 2013.
Knowing that there are a lot of fans who would want to see them again in Malaysia, TGM Events and Acer Malaysia have collaborated to bring B1A4 to Kuala Lumpur for a special fan meeting in January 2015.

No further information have been announced yet but the event is proudly presented to you by Acer Malaysia and organized by TGM Events. It is also made possible by CJ E&M, WM Entertainment and M-Live.
Ticketing information will be available on 30th Nov and tickets will go on sale on 7th Dec 2014.

As TGM Events is a US company, the tickets will be sold in US Dollar according to conversion and prices will include taxes, fees, and shipping. The tickets will be sold at TGM Event’ Tictail store but the company will also accept orders via email at hello@tgmevents.com. Interested ticket buyers must email the company with the subject title [B1A4 Ticket Purchase] and begin the order with your own name. Payment can be made with local bank transfer to their Public Bank account and tickets will be mailed via Poslaju.
