There’s no denying that there’s plenty of wild content on the internet. So it’s no surprise that people, feeling the need to top that, have been releasing even crazier content. However, Taiwanese actress Emma Wu aka GEmma (吴映洁)’s recent stunt had many worried for her career!
Emma or better known by her stage name Gui Gui (鬼鬼) has been doing quite a few livestreams lately. One of her most recent ones showed her taking a shower, live! Needless to say, fans were concerned she might accidently show more than she meant to.
On 16th March, fans were delighted to discover Emma was doing another live stream. However to their surprise, it wasn’t any regular old livestream. Nope, Emma had decided to do a livestream of herself taking a bath! The singer had left the mobile phone in the bathroom, telling fans she was going to take a shower.
However, Emma was very careful about what she showed fans. While remaining off-screen, she narrated her actions. “Take off your clothes! Take off your pants!” she said, showing the piece she had removed. During the shower itself, all fans could hear was the water running. Emma reportedly only took five minutes for her whole bath.
Netizens weren’t too happy with the stream. Some opined: “It’s sad that you use this method to gain attention.” Others were more concerned her mobile phone might fall over and show more than she meant to. But, Emma herself had no qualms about the stream. “So many people listened to me take a shower?” she joked. “Are you still questioning how fast I wash (up)? That’s right, it’s fast!”
Emma’s bathing livestream reportedly reached up to over a thousand viewers, despite them only being able to hear her showering. Well, we certainly can’t deny that her creative content got her results! We’re not entirely sure what Emma will do next, but she’ll likely be careful still.
