Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Chris Benoit, The FBI & More Facing $3 Billion Lawsuit?!

If you were a fan of the early 2000s WWE or at least familiar with the show, you’d definitely have heard the name Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. If not, you’d still recognise him from a plethora of roles outside of the wrestling ring, from his debut as the Scorpion King in The Mummy (2001) to the demi-god Maui in Disney’s Moana.

This trend of migrating from the wrestling ring to the big screen is slowly becoming more popular as big names such as John Cena and Dave Bautista land a place in Hollywood. However, when someone has attained success, there will be someone who will try to drag their name through the mud and bring them back down.

Dwanye Johnson is currently facing a $3 billion lawsuit from a fellow WWE superstar – but he’s not the only one facing it. Among the accused are The Miz, Nikki Bela, and Chris Benoit – a person who has been dead for a decade now. There are even others who aren’t even involved in the wrestling world, like Michael Jordan, the entire state of Texas, the FBI, and so much more.

Despite creating such a loud bang in the last few weeks, the trial has been going on for some time now. This bold and downright wild claim came from a former TNA and WWE star, Trenesha Biggers, better known by her stage name, Rhaka Khan. The lawsuit she has put forward claims that the names she has listed have conspired to kidnap her and her kids.

If I'm reading this right… The Rock, The Miz, Chris Benoit, Mick Foley and others conspired to kidnap Rhaka Khan and her children?? That seems way far fetched @KlassicMike @ReBourneAgain @breakkerstreet @bigbird432 @kat_woman13 @DbWrasslin @JohnGarces @Jay371992 pic.twitter.com/bITfRLo0YI

The names of those involved were compiled in a 48-page document, including but not limited to: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, “The Miz” and his wife, Nikki Bella, Maryse, Heath Miller, Mark Jindrak, the State of Texas, the El Paso Child Protective Services, the FBI, the Las Cruces, New Mexico Police Department, the NYPD, the “National Center for Missing and Exploited Children,” the New York ACS, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, the Shirley Police Department, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and Suffolk County, New York, Panda Energy, Home Depot, FCW, NWA, NWA President Billy Corgan, Deep South Wrestling, Mick Foley, Chris Benoit, Jim Cornette, and Michael Jordan.

So far, there has been no known rhyme or reason why Dwayne Johnson, the FBI, Home Depot, and others were involved in the case, except for the fact that they are just big names. However, she has pointed out and claimed that Johnson is the mastermind behind the alleged kidnapping. Many would dismiss this entire case as a total sham (even though evidence suggests that it’s just that), but it is still raging on as Biggers has paid the court fees in full, allowing the case to move forward.

Biggers is currently on the El Paso Police Department’s wanted list, and back in 2019, she was placed on El Paso’s most wanted fugitive list for child custody charges and for interference with child custody.

Since the news of this $3 billion lawsuit went viral, many have grown concerned for Biggers’ mental health. However, there have been no articles or reports that would suggest she is suffering from any kind of mental illness, either in the past or currently, nor has she ever gone public discussing any mental struggles.

At the time of writing, no one has been served the appropriate papers, nor have there been any talks of settling this case. It’s most likely that the case will be dropped, but the potential of the case backfiring on Biggers is high, which may lead to her official arrest and separation from her kids, the latter of which defeats the purpose of filing the lawsuit in the first place.
