Diana Danielle, the beautiful American-born Malaysian actress, is viral once again. She has always been so chill in the public eye – only sharing need-to-know details about her life. So when we heard that Diana has endured a history of abuse, we were shocked to the core!
The revelation was made public through a YouTube podcast called Studio Sembang. Hosted by Malaysian actress Amelia Henderson, the two celebrities talked about many things – from family history and growing up in the acting industry, to abusive relationships and much more.
In the video, the 27-year-old host asked 31-year-old Diana about her relationship with her current husband, Farid Kamil. Surprisingly, the “Magika” actress revealed that she had just gotten out of an abusive relationship before her first meeting with her eventual husband.
“I had a big lump, where I was hit by a certain someone, before I was in a relationship with my husband. So I was physically abused at that point, (but I) got out of that situation. As soon as that person touched me (once), I left the relationship. I’m very happy. Please do that. Whoever touches you, get the f*ck out.”
Scrolling through the YouTube comments, we found many netizens talking about how difficult the singer’s life has been – and how they admire her strong facade, despite everything she went through. Many are also saying that after seeing the video, they are now fans of the popular singer.
