Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich’s break up seems to be a never ending drama – which is really quite ironic since their whole relationship alone lasted just a few months. While Demi is rather silent about the break up and seems to have moved on, Max is still relentlessly singing his sad tunes of heartbreak for the world to hear.
This time around, Max was seen crying at the very beach where he proposed to the “Heart Attack” singer in July. Paparazzi pictures show the “Young and Restless” actor sulking on the beach while holding his head in his hands and crying.
Twitter has not responded kindly to these pictures and accuse Max of staging this stunt in order to gain sympathy votes. Netizens are definitely reluctant to believe the 29-year-old actor’s intentions, and are certain that he is doing this for publicity.
Some of the tweets accuse Max of “fake crying” and even claim that the actor himself went to the extent of informing the paparazzi to follow him. Read the tweets here:

This is not the first time Demi’s former fiancé has pulled a stunt like this. Max has been very public about the break up, and has been trying to drag Demi down with him. From posting a video of seemingly pleading the 28-year-old singer to take him back, to accusing her of using Max for PR, the “High School Musical” actor has tried everything and anything to get Demi and her Lovatic’s attention.
However, this does not seem to be working as Demi is done with Max. A source told E News that the “Confident” singer is “having all sorts of issues with Max not leaving her alone.”
Oof.
Max, Max, Max… We all know that break ups suck, but it really seems like the time has come to get the hint and move on.
