Calling out to all dessert lovers. If you’re currently studying at UCSI University, then you’re in luck.
There’s a newly opened cafe meets printing shop in Taman Connaught called Craft Café and it’s located just beside the Maybank outlet, opposite Starbucks. Guess what? The eatery serves some of the best desserts ever!
Craft Café has some of the most creative waffles you can find in town. One of the highlights is of course, their rose fruit waffle, otherwise known as Wanderland (缤纷鲜果乐园) and it costs RM22.90. Instead of serving the same old spreads (peanut butter and jam), this colourful waffle is both nutritious and sinfully good thanks to the additional scoop of ice cream to go with the slices of strawberry and kiwi.
Another unique dish to try out at the eatery is their waffle pizza called Beauty and the Beast, for RM19.90. According to Discover KL’s Anna Lee, the Beauty and the Beast dish is made out of a thick layer of crispy pizza which has been browned nicely and topped off with cheese and chicken pepperoni as well as cheesy mayo sauce.
Of course, that’s not all. Craft Café also offers other sinful delights including Smoked Duck Pesto, Grilled Salmon Pasta, and signature drinks (such as Matcha Ice Cube, Affogato, and more).
