Looking at the Christmas buffet menu for Swez Brasserie, we can’t help but fall in love with their buffet spread. Aside from the traditional festive favourites (Roasted Turkey, Rack of Lamb & Peperonata Red Lentils, Beef Carpaccio, Duck Leg Confit, and more), there’s also an annual specialty rice dish by Chef Alex.
