Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming’s (黄晓明) romance with Chinese influencer Ye Ke (叶珂) has been the talk of the town lately, but not for good reasons. Despite netizens’ disapproval of his partner, the actor is reportedly preparing to wed his girlfriend – but there are also rumours that the two may soon break up because of Ye Ke’s “true face”.
Several netizens recently alleged that the actor was contacted by Ye Ke’s ex-husband, claiming that the influencer has been scamming him. Rumours also suggest that Huang Xiaoming wanted to break up with Ye Ke. However, she’s unwilling to split because she’s pregnant with the 47-year-old’s child. Shockingly, some netizens allege that Ye Ke is asking for a “breakup fee” of 270 million yuan (approximately RM165 million).
The source had initially claimed the allegations were true, but after sharing the post, they admitted that everything was false. The netizen had reportedly received a lawyer letter from the couple and thus admitted to fabricating the claims for notoriety. Nevertheless, many netizens have since “camped” on Huang Xiaoming’s social media, waiting to see whether he’ll break up with Ye Ke.
On the other hand, an industry insider claimed that Huang Xiaoming is preparing to make things official with Ye Ke. There are also rumours that the couple is planning a grand ceremony costing over 500 million yuan (RM300 million). Huang Xiaoming is no stranger to lavish weddings, considering his wedding to his ex-wife Angelababy (杨颖) reportedly cost over USD30 million (RM131 million).
