Rumour has it that Chacha Maembong is currently dating a businessman, only known as Datuk Z. It all started after the guy in question was seen attending the launch of her product, Perfect Look. He was reportedly spotted donning an outfit with the same colour shade worn by Chacha.
In addressing the reports, Chacha, who is also the younger sister to Emma Maembong, clarified that their relationship is nothing more than business colleagues, shutting down allegations surrounding their budding romance.
“As someone relatively new in the industry, I need someone who is experienced and honest in assisting me, apart from my sisters. I’m grateful to be able to meet Datuk Z, because he is very interested in helping me throughout the process. We started to discuss and brainstorm for ideas after I told him about my business goals,” the actress told the news outlet.
Chacha (full name Siti Aisyah Ismail) continued, “Datuk Z also manages several important parts in my business as I’ve been busy with my filming schedule. He is only my business partner. He’s a kind-hearted person, and have been guiding me and sharing a lot of advice and tips in business. Even my family members are familiar with him.”
The 24-year-old starlet further added that she is still in the process of getting to know Datuk Z better. Chacha stated, “We have to get familiar with our business partners well in order to avoid getting manipulated. Since Datuk Z is a trustworthy person, I hope our (business) partnership will last long.”
