After approximately a month-long hiatus from social media, it looks like Cathryn Li (李元玲) is finally ready to face the public – or at least the music.
The 31-year-old surprised 2 million followers on Instagram when she uploaded a 71-second video yesterday (Sunday, 11th April). The comments section has since been followed with encouraging well wishes.
Since playing the tune “很愛很愛你” (I love you very much) by René Liu, last month, Ms. Cathryn has decided to record herself playing the “Beethoven Piano Sonata no.17”. Beethoven fans might also recognise this musical piece as “The Tempest”.
Perhaps weary of naysayers online, the influencer made it clear that her latest Instagram post is “strictly not allowed to be reposted or created in any form of media story. Whatever (that is) posted here, stays here.”
