The launch of McDonald’s x BTS meal set has sparked a phenomenon among ARMYs all over the globe. The Chicken McNuggets set has been selling like hotcakes, with a few resellers taking the opportunity to earn extra money by reselling their paper bags, cups and even sauces.
Most recently, it’s been reported that a Chicken McNugget found in the special set has been sold on the e-commerce platform eBay. Interestingly, this McNugget shape is not like the one that we usually see everyday, but the morsel is shaped just like a Crewmate from the popular game “Among Us”!

The eBay listing was launched earlier on 28th May (Friday). At the time of writing (Thursday, 3rd June), more than 150 interested buyers have bid their price to purchase this McNugget and the highest bid price recorded so far has reached US$69,520 (~ RM286,631).
Marked in the “Used” condition, the seller also stated that this McNugget is expected to only last for 14 days and will be immediately sent to the lucky bidder before it expires. This unique snack will also be packed using airtight packaging to “ensure its freshness” and will be delivered using the USPS first class shipping service.
This purchase package also comes with the legendary Szechuan Sauce to go along with the Chicken McNugget at the buyer’s request. For those wondering, the online auction is slated to end tomorrow (Friday, 4th June) at 3:06pm.
It’s a bit disappointing for fans of the “Life Goes On” singers in Malaysia though, as this McNugget auction sale is not offered for delivery to our country. But then again, would you be able to afford this uniquely-shaped Chicken McNugget?
