After an 11-year wait, British metalcore band Bring Me The Horizon is finally returning to Malaysia! The rock icons will perform alongside Japanese metal band BABYMETAL at a one-night-only concert this August!
Given that Bring Me The Horizon’s last performance in KL was in 2013, it’s no surprise that many Malaysian fans have eagerly waited for their return. The concert is part of the band’s “Invoking Youtopia” tour and is happening this 21st August 2024 (Wednesday) at the Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. Japanese metal trio BABYMETAL will also share the stage as the show’s opening act.
Bring Me The Horizon is no stranger to the rock scene, having released seven studio albums since the band’s inception in 2004. The band’s most recent release is the 16-track album “Post Human: Next Gen”, which was released in May. For this special concert, the band has enlisted the all-female metal ensemble from Japan, BABYMETAL, as their opening act. The “kawaii metal” band wowed fans during their solo concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur in June 2023, so there are high expectations for their upcoming performance. Here are the details of the show:
