For some of us, Malaysia is home simply because we grew up here. However, others have taken to the place like duck to water, especially for some celebrities. Take Hong Kong actor Bosco Wong (黄宗泽) for instance.
Bosco has long since loved visiting Malaysia. But, he’s rarely been spotted while here. As such, many fans were certainly envious when a netizen shared they had managed to bump into Bosco recently!
On 8th January, a netizen uploaded a photo of themselves with Bosco on social platform 小红书 (Xiao Hong Shu). The netizen shared that he had bumped into someone special while working today. “Come guess who he is, my male god (for) Hong Kong dramas,” they wrote, referring to Bosco.
The netizen added that Bosco had apparently visited a store where they had been working at in Pavilion KL. “My colleague asked me if it was him (Bosco). I said it was impossible,” they stated. The netizen claimed they weren’t sure as Bosco’s clothes were very commonplace. “How could any star wear something like this? I only knew it was really him after hearing him speak Cantonese with his assistant,” they said.
Needless to say, their surprise encounter with Bosco left everyone else jealous. A few commented that he must really like Malaysia as he often returned here. Others commented on Bosco’s choice of clothes. “(The clothes) fit very well with Malaysians’ (style),” one said. “Really very Malaysian,” another wrote.
Well, it certainly seems like Bosco is very much at home here! In fact, Bosco previously shared that he has invested in properties in Malaysia. So, who knows? If you’re lucky, you might just run into the esteemed actor too!
