The 24-year-old inked herself with two new tattoos in Arabic script, which pays homage to her Palestinian heritage.

Celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo shared the photos of Bella’s brand new ink on his Instagram over the weekend. “Some writings for the always kind and lovely @bellahadid,” he captioned the post. For those curious, the tattoo on Bella’s right and left shoulders is an Arabic word that translates into “I love you” and “my love”.
According to US Weekly, this revelation comes about a week after the supermodel took to her Instagram Story to share some behind-the-scenes look during her appointment with the aforementioned tattoo artist. Though she didn’t specifically show off the final design, she did showcase the shoulder placement.
Bella has always been known for expressing her pride as a Palestinian. She previously called out Instagram for removing her Instagram Story which included the word “Palestine” in it. Find out more here.
