Avicii’s Brother In Oman To Find Out What Killed Him

Just hours after the death of Swedish DJ Avicii, his brother David Bergling immediately flew to Oman to find out the cause of the DJ’s death.

Avicii, real name Tim Bergling, was found dead in Muscat, Oman on 20th April 2018, with no cause of death given. He was 28.

Demanding for an answer, the family member have reportedly checked into a hotel in the capital city of Muscat on Friday evening.

According to TMZ, the hotel is about 15 minutes away from the resort where Avicii had been vacationing a week before his death.

The EDM star had even posed for several photos with fans while he was at the resort.

DJ Maitrai Josh told Metro UK about his encounter with Avicii during his stay.

“All I know is he was there on vacation, and visiting Oman for the first time. He stayed at the resort for a few days, he was with his friends. And he was nice enough to take time out and take pictures with fans like me,” he explained.

David, who works as a hotelier, wishes to find out what his brother and a small group of friends did in the days leading up to his death.

Previously, Avicii had publicly discusses about his health issues where both his appendix and gallbladder were removed after being diagnosed with acute pancreatitis.

In 2016, he announced his retirement from touring due to health concerns.
