It’s not uncommon to hear about celebrity breakups or divorces. Earlier this year, we had former singer Mizz Nina calling things off with her husband of 11 years, Noh Salleh. It was sad news for everyone at the time but now another Malaysian celeb may have sad news of her own to share with her fans:
Yesterday (Thursday, 20th October) actress Sharifah Sakinah posted a photo of her and her husband Michael Hansen in the back seats of a car. The seemingly normal couple photo came with a very shocking and vague caption that reads, “We have different opinions, belief systems, perspectives, and ideology, that’s why we can’t be partners anymore. The end.”
While the caption itself implied that the two are separating, it is still currently unclear if the actress is actually divorcing her Swedish husband, whom she’s been in a relationshipwith since 2020. Or perhaps they’re on a break? The mother-of-one disabled the comments section on her post to possibly avoid people from speculating or asking invasive questions about their relationship.
The 33-year-old may have disabled the comments on her post but that hasn’t stopped netizens as they’ve taken to Facebook to express their opinions on the matter. As seen below, netizens had little to no sympathy for the actress regarding her possible divorce as most comments joked about the separation. Some even advised the “Hantu Raya Pergi Perang” star to return to Malaysia and marry a Malay-Muslim man instead.
At the time of writing, Sharifah Sakinah has yet to clarify her IG post to her fans and followers. For your information, the Malaysian celeb secretly married Michael Hansen in a private ceremony, with the wedding date unknown to the public, making this her second marriage after divorcing her previous husband Aliff Adha in the year 2020, whom she married back in 2015.
