Apple fans worldwide finally got their first look at iPhone 13 as Apple unveiled the next version of its popular smartphone yesterday (Tuesday, 15th September). Among other devices that was introduced on Tuesday include a revamped version of Apple’s 9th gen entry-level iPad, a 2021 version of its iPad Mini and the new Apple Watch Series 7 with a wider display.
The iPhone 13 will arrive in four models: a standard version of iPhone 13 with a 6.1-inch display, a Mini model, iPhone 13 plus Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max models equipped with larger screens and better battery life. Apple is offering a minimum of 128GB of storage as standard range and for the Pro lineup, there’s now a whacking 1TB option of storage which is the largest storage to be offered on an iPhone!
The new iPhone 13 series will be available for pre-order in Malaysia from 1st October with stocks available on 8th October 2021. Official pricing for Malaysian buyers are already made available on the Apple online store.

The iPhone 13 Pro lineup comes in Sierra Blue, Silver, Gold, and Graphite tone.
Aside from the iPhone 13 series, Apple popular iPad received a brand new update in its 9th generation entry-level iPad as well as the 6th gen iPad mini for 2021.
10.2″ iPad
The basic iPad now operates on an updated Apple A13 Bionic chip and an improved 12MP front camera. Apple has also gradually eliminated the minimal 32GB storage with doubled its storage for its entry-level range.
The new iPad is now only offered in Space Grey and Silver shade. Both options still retain a home button with Touch ID and come with a black panel. Here are the official pricing for our local market:

8.3″ iPad Mini
The brand-new iPad mini is basically a smaller version of iPad Air but it is loaded with the latest Apple A15 Bionic chip, that’s also generating the new iPhone 13 series. It comes in a variety of colours including Space Grey, Pink , Purple and Starlight.

As of now, Apple has not revealed the date for both iPad version availability, which is a little unfortunate. Both tablets should be released locally probably by the end of this year. So, stay tuned for the latest updates from Apple.
