Forget the usual Halloween party. This October, guests are invited to check into a hospital where the food is wicked, the drinks come with a sinister twist, and checking out may be the scariest part of the night. On Saturday, 31 October 2026, Aloft by Marriott Langkawi Pantai Tengah transforms into Ward 13, a haunted hospital-inspired Halloween experience combining a themed dinner buffet, immersive décor, Halloween cocktails, live entertainment and costume competitions. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Pantai Tengah, the one-night-only event invites guests to trade the ordinary for an evening of frightfully good food, playful scares and after-dark fun.
The experience unfolds in two acts, taking guests from a haunting feast at Nook to a late-night Halloween takeover at W XYZ Bar.
ACT ONE: WARD 13 — THE HAUNTED HOSPITAL BUFFET | 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM | Nook

ACT TWO: LIVE@ALOFT — THE WARD 13 HAUNTED HOSPITAL PARTY | 9:30 PM – 12:00AM | W XYZ Bar
When dinner ends, the real night shift begins. W XYZ Bar transforms into the eerie corridors of Ward 13, where haunting hospital-inspired décor, spooky entertainment, music and interactive experiences set the scene for a Halloween party with a playful edge. Designed for guests who love a good scare and a great night out, the experience brings together the energy of a Halloween party with plenty of opportunities to capture the perfect creepy shot.
Guests can look forward to:
∙ A haunted hospital takeover: Immersive, hospital-inspired décor and photo-worthy installations. ∙ Drinks with a dark side: Halloween-themed signature cocktails and mocktails served with a sinister twist. ∙ Costumes that kill: Dress to impress, purchase a drink and enter the costume competition for a chance to win exciting prizes.
∙ Spooky after-dark entertainment: Music, activities and surprises to keep the Halloween spirit alive until midnight.
TWO DRINKS. ZERO CHANCES OF A BORING NIGHT.
No haunted hospital would be complete without its own questionable prescriptions. For Ward 13, W XYZ Bar has created two Halloween-exclusive serves that look as wicked as they taste.
Type O-Negative | RM29 nett
The cocktail to die for. Presented in a blood-donor-inspired IV bag, this chilling concoction combines Absolut vodka, cherry juice, cranberry juice, ginger ale and lime juice for a dangerously refreshing sip.
The cure for an ordinary night. This frightfully refreshing mocktail blends cherry juice, pomegranate juice, ginger ale and star anise syrup, served in test tubes presented in an ice-packed medical cooler.
With theatrical presentations and Halloween-inspired flavours, these signature drinks are designed to be as camera-worthy as they are enjoyable.
