Earlier this week, Aisar Khaled excitedly revealed to his followers on social media that he recently bought himself a brand new house. It’s reported that his new home, located near KLCC with a clear view of the KL Tower, is worth a whopping RM1 million!
The local influencer, known for his parody skits and social experiment videos on his social media, previously took to his Instagram page to express his upmost gratitude after his dream of owning his own condo at the age of 22 has finally come true.
“All praise to the Lord. I feel so happy and also overwhelmed because I didn’t expect to be able to afford a house at such a young age. To be honest, I’m proud of myself because after going through a lot of setbacks and challenges, including making a living at the age of 17, all my efforts have finally come to fruition,” Aisar shared with mStar,
The “Villa Kristal” actor added by saying, “I began creating content on Instagram for fun, before transitioning into an actor. And now, I’m starting my own business. I consider this as a blessing from God for me and my family.” Prior to this, Aisar also posted a short video of him touring around his newly-purchased luxury home.

Aisar’s postings have been flooded with positive comments from netizens. Some also asked the “Gila Gusti” star for some advice and tips on how to be successful at a young age. According to him, “Never give up, keep on exploring, and don’t be afraid to try something new. Do the necessary ground work and build your social network in order to exchange knowledge and opinions. Don’t just sit back and do nothing.”
“The most important thing is that one has to be smart when it comes to managing their finance. At this young age, I feel this is the right time for us to work hard and make a lot of cash. Keep on saving (your money). Don’t waste it on unnecessary things. Also, I think it’s not wrong to try and invest your money in the right place,” the content creator revealed.
