The store, located at Lot 170-G-23A/25, the new 1,056-square-foot boutique, marks the brand’s first standalone boutique beyond Klang Valley – bringing together Sam Edelman’s distinctive approach to refined yet attainable luxury to northern Malaysia for the first time.
Expanding its reach to Penang’s style-conscious consumers, this boutique arrives a year after Sam Edelman’s Malaysian debut at The Gardens Mall in September 2025. Since then, the brand has grown its local presence with an in-store counter at SEIBU, The Exchange TRX in November 2025, a pop-up at Suria KLCC in December 2025, and its second standalone boutique at Sunway Pyramid later that same month. The arrival at Gurney Plaza marks Sam Edelman’s third boutique nationwide and the latest chapter in its growth across key Malaysian retail destinations.

Creating a dedicated destination for Penang shoppers to discover the brand’s timeless designs and contemporary seasonal styles, the store is designed to bring a refined and welcoming shopping experience as the boutique reflects Sam Edelman’s signature balance of polish and approachability. In translating Sam Edelman’s modern-luxe aesthetic into a warm and contemporary retail setting, the brand’s signature script logo is framed by a luminous gold-toned façade.
Inside, a soft neutral palette is layered with warm wood finishes, gold-toned accents and a striking textured sage green feature wall, while sculptural furnishings, statement lighting and playful monochrome details bring character to the space. Open displays and thoughtfully curated seating create an inviting environment for shoppers to explore the collection at their own pace.
