In the lead-up to Hari Raya, Maria’s SteakCafe is laying out the most delectable festive offerings, specially-curated to blend tradition and modern flavours. The menu is thoughtfully-crafted to celebrate the warmth and joy of the holiday season, making it suitable for both friends and family to enjoy.
The communal concept menu showcases a 3-tier spread of wholesome food, symbolising abundance and togetherness. Each tier features trays brimming with food topped with Maria’s signature appetiser; followed by the main course and delectable sides meant for two to four people.
From the top, you get to enjoy melt-in-your-mouth spicy mussels in a tomato-based sauce, served with crunchy garlic bread. Next is the main course, available in beef and non-beef options of your choice.
For those seeking to dine in pairs, you have the option of Argentinian striploin and New Zealand lamb cutlets in the beef set. However, you can upgrade your steaks to a Black Angus Ribeye, Wagyu MB7 tenderloin, or Wagyu MB9 ribeye.
Conversely, if you’re looking for non-beef options, you can enjoy their grilled salmon with New Zealand cutlets, with the option to upgrade the grilled salmon to a delectable Atlantic white cod. Each of these delectable main courses is paired with aromatic Air Asam and Percik Sauce for a fusion of flavours.
To top off your dining experience, there are Portobello mushrooms for a rich earthy flavour, roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and crunchy steak fries. Maria’s SteakCafe is also offering a special Rose & Lychee mocktail to help with daytime fasting before the feast.
