This year, they have two Lunar New Year Set Menus: the Prosperity Set Menu (RM358.80 nett per person) and the Fortune Set Menu (RM598.80 nett per person). The Prosperity Set Menu includes the Jade Pavilion Salmon Yee Sang with Alaskan Scallops while the Fortune Set Menu includes Jade Pavilion’s Salmon Yee Sang with Soft Shell Crab and Mini Cuttlefish.
Both menus require a minimum order of 4 persons and will be available until 29th February. Celebrate the Year of the Dragon in grandeur and joy at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant! Starting from 12th January to 24th February, 2024, join Concorde in creating precious moments with your loved ones over a sumptuous feast that transcends the ordinary.
Choose from three new year set menus; Abundance (RM1,488.00 nett), Fortune (RM1,888.00 nett) or Prosperous (RM2,288.00 nett). The Prosperous set menu comprises prosperity yee sang followed by mouth-watering festive dishes such as Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scalop and Fish Maw, Crispy Charcoal Roasted Suckling Pig, Steamed Marble Goby ‘Soon Hock’ with Premium Soy Sauce, Braised Whole Abalone with Assorted Dried Seafood in Casserole, Wok-baked King Prawns with Signature Cheese Mayonnaise, Claypot Waxed Meat Rice, Double-boiled Peach Gum with Snow Pear and White Fungus and two varieties of desserts.

The Chow Kit
Usher in the Lunar New Year with refined classics at The Chow Kit – an Ormond Hotel, available throughout the month of February. This year, The Chow Kit Kitchen & Bar will be serving a seasonal 3- course menu, for RM188++ per person.
To start, enjoy the Golden Prosperity Yee Sang with local julienned fruits such as pegaga and ulam raja, topped with wild-caught smoked salmon, pomelo, jackfruit and dragonfruit and finished with cassava chips and a honey lemon dressing. As a main, choose between the ‘Wok Hei’ Cod or Wagyu fried rice with tenderstem broccoli and a spicy tomato sambal, before finishing the meal with the festive guest favourite, the Panna Cotta & Lucky Longan.
The Taste of Reunion set priced at RM218++ is ideal for 2-3 people looking to share a wide variety of savoury dishes. Guests will start with the Golden Prosperity Yee Sang followed by a platter of Butter Prawns wrapped in egg floss, Crispy Baked Chicken in a honey plum sauce, Braised Duck with shitake mushrooms and Stir-Fried Asparagus, accompanied by ‘Wok Hei’ Fried Rice.
Of course, the a la carte menu at The Chow Kit Kitchen & Bar, featuring the Golden Prosperity Yee Sang, ‘Wok Hei’ Cod and Wagyu fried rice and Panna Cotta & Lucky Longan dessert will be available during the Lunar New Year period as well.

Celebrate an auspicious Lunar New Year at The Emperor Chinese Restaurant at Dorsett Grand Subang this year! From now till the 15th day of the new Lunar New Year, the culinary maestros at The Emperor led by Executive Chinese Chef Lee have curated three specialty menus, each one featuring time-honoured dishes that promise to tantalise tastebuds and elevate one’s dining experience.
The Blossom of Good Fortune set menu, priced at RM1688 nett per table of 10 persons, offers an abundance of joyous indulgence; from double boiled chicken soup with red dates, chestnut, mushrooms and bamboo piths to promote one’s good health, succulent wok-fried prawns with premium soy sauce symbolic of laughter all year; through to bountiful wealth represented by the traditional dish of braised dried oyster, black moss, mushroom and taukan with kailan; to many more wonderful palate pleasers.
The Spring Time Celebration Menu on the other hand, is a 9-course grand feast in itself. Priced at RM1988 nett per table of 10 persons, this entire menu offers nothing short of pure indulgence with course-after-course of lavish dishes— braised seafood soup with generous amount of dried scallops and crabmeat, home-style steamed organic chicken, steamed red snapper, luscious wok-fried tiger prawns and supreme braised dried oyster with irresistible endings to mark the beginning of a sweet year in the form of deep fried crispy nian gao with peanut mochi complemented with double boiled red dates, longan and lotus seed with snow fungus.

Embrace the Lunar New Year with Table & Apron’s Prosperity Yee Sang, humbly designed to delight the palate with familiar Malaysian flavours. Priced at RM98, this special offering is available from 25th January to 25th February 2024 for celebrations at home or at the restaurant. However, do note that pre-orders require a minimum notice of 2 days in advance with a cut-off time of 3pm.
Table & Apron’s special Prosperity Yee Sang incorporates murukku and ulam raja into this traditional Chinese dish. These symbolic delights perfectly capture the diverse culinary culture that defines Malaysia. Their creation also features cold smoked salmon slices by their friend, Henry, from Augustine Smokery, toasted coconut flakes, and a medley of fresh ingredients, all brought together with a luscious plum sauce made with asam jawa, cherry
compote, and spices.
