Oppa is going to release a new music video next week!
On Thursday (13th July), Psy (싸이, real name Park Jae Sang) has dropped the video teaser for “Love” featuring Taeyang. In a statement, YG Entertainment said, “During this time, Psy received much love worldwide, and in return we hope that this MV delivers as much positive energy.”
Directed by award-winning New Zealand-born choreographer and actress Parris Goebel, the music video starts off with a cute animation. The clip also shows all-female hip-hop dance crew ReQuest Crew blowing kisses to the camera.
“What we need is love/ What we need is love” sings Psy in the video.
“Love” is featured in the 39-year-old singer’s 8th studio album, “4×2=8”, which dropped in 10th May. The upbeat track is co-written by Psy and producer Yoo Gu Hyung, whose previous credits include the 2012 worldwide hit “Gangnam Style”.
The full music video for “Love” is set to release on 17th July (Monday).
In other news, Psy will be kicking off his summer concert series in Busan.
