Last week, the Kota Kinabalu Countdown 2025 announced their first headliner with EXO member Suho (수호). Held at the city’s iconic waterfront, the celebration will feature a vibrant countdown and a dazzling firework display, framed by Kota Kinabalu’s stunning tropical landscape.
A few days ago, more K-pop acts have been added to the list. Fans are stoked after learning that 2NE1’s Minzy, SNSD’s Hyoyeon and former Dalshabet’s Suvin will also be flying to Kota Kinabalu for the concert on New Years Eve.

According to the official website, this grand festival is open to the public so it’s free entry! What more could you want? The Kota Kinabalu Countdown 2025 so it’s definitely a show you wouldn’t want to miss! However, do take note that if you wish to join the Flamewave Music Festival happening on the same day, then you’d need to purchase a ticket.
