Cutting the queue is never a good idea, as you can get into some serious trouble. Even if it’s not illegal, it can still spark frustration—especially among those who have been waiting just as long, if not longer, than you. Unfortunately, some people still struggle to take the hint.
Earlier today (Thursday, 10th April), a video was shared in the JB新山吹水站2.0 Facebook group showing a fight between an Indian man and a Chinese man. In the video below, the pair can be seen aggressively striking and shoving each other between two buses, during which a female passenger was inadvertently caught in the crossfire and struck on the back of the head.

As the altercation escalated, other passengers intervened in an attempt to separate the two men and defuse the situation. Despite their efforts, one of the men can still be heard yelling at the other for his earlier actions. The incident is believed to have taken place at a bus station in Johor. As for the cause of the fight, China Press reported that it allegedly began when the Indian man, dressed in green, attempted to cut the queue.
Witnesses claimed the individual attempted to board the newly arrived bus ahead of others, sparking frustration among passengers. Although staff members reportedly told him off, he refused to listen—prompting the Chinese man, dressed in yellow, to confront him.

Netizens reacted swiftly to the viral clip. Some praised the man in yellow for confronting the queue-jumper despite being smaller and shorter in size, while others criticised the staff for failing to enforce the rules—arguing that the altercation could easily have been avoided. A few also praised the other passengers who stepped in to stop the fight.
At the time of writing, there has been no confirmation on whether or not the incident was reported to the authorities. Regardless, let this be a reminder to be considerate of others, no matter how late we are.
