2025 is setting itself to be another year of great performances – because Chinese singer Zhou Shen (周深) is bringing his upcoming world tour to Malaysia! The star, also known as Charlie Zhou, is set to perform in Kuala Lumpur next year.
iMe Malaysia recently teased the upcoming show on their social media. In the post, the event organiser announced that Zhou Shen will soon hold his “9.29 Hz World Tour” in several countries. As shown in the official poster, Kuala Lumpur is one of the stops for the tour and the only Asian city. As of writing, iMe Malaysia has yet to announce details of the concert but will share more soon.
Zhou Shen is a celebrated Chinese singer known for his ethereal voice and wide vocal range. He gained prominence with his song “Big Fish”, which earned him eight awards. His second studio album, “Shenself”, sold over one million digital copies in one week, solidifying his status as one of China’s biggest stars. He has also won an MTV Europe Music Video Award for “Best Greater China Act” in 2019, proving his popularity overseas.
The “9.29 Hz World Tour” is a spin-off to Zhou Shen’s highly successful “9.29 Hz 10th Anniversary Concert Tour” in China. This upcoming tour will be Zhou Shen’s first world tour since his debut, and he’s set to bring tons of exciting performances to the stage.
