If you’re a Maybank user, you’ll want to take note of this! The bank recently announced a scheduled system maintenance this weekend that will disrupt several of its services, including withdrawals and online transactions.
Maybank alerted customers via its Facebook page and website detailing the services that will soon undergo system maintenance. According to the bank, the maintenance will happen this Saturday (12th October 2024), from 12am to 7am, and Sunday (13th October 2024), from 12am to 7am. Here is the list of affected services:

- MAE App
- Maybank2U Biz Website
- Maybank2u Biz App
- Maybank ATMs and Self-Service Terminals (SST)
The listed services will not be available on a staggered basis on both days during the mentioned time frame. The bank clarified that maintenance is to update its platforms so customers can conduct their banking transactions more efficiently and securely.
Customers are advised to plan their transactions to avoid interruptions and reduce inconvenience during maintenance. However, it’s possible the system maintenance period could be extended, so please stay tuned to Maybank’s official social media for announcements and updates.
