Sometimes we are reminded that members of the Malaysian Royal family are just like everyone else. Though we mostly see them on their best behaviour, the previous Agong and his wife Tunku Azizah have shown some of their fun sides during one of their domestic trips.
Speaking of the Pahang Royal family, the Crown Prince, Tengku Hassanal definitely reminded everyone how playful he can be after a video of him with his uncle went viral. Watch what happened:
Earlier this week, a TikTok video circulated all over social media that showed the Crown Prince of Pahang arriving at an unspecified Raya event. As seen in the screenshots above, the young Royal family member was seen hugging his uncle but what caught netizens off guard was the fact that he very briefly lifted his uncle during the loving embrace.
The rest of the video showcased members of the Pahang Royal family greeting the other attendees at the event. The post quickly went viral because of the short moment of the Prince lifting his uncle in his arms. Many were very fond of the moment saying that it was adorable and that they were surprised that Tengku Hassanal was strong enough to pick up his uncle in that way.
Others commented that they have countlessly repeated the heartwarming snippet over and over again. A few suggested that the young Prince probably misses his uncle so much and judging from the video, we can definitely agree that it could be the case.
Tengku Hassanal’s relationship with his uncle definitely made us wonder when was the last time we hugged a family member that tight to the point that we could lift them. Do you hug any of your relatives that way?
