Check out this week’s selection below!
Travis Kelce
Kelce wore an orange and brown sun shirt by Jacquemus, matching brown leather pants, and a retro pair of Nike sneakers. The Arizona State Sun Devils were obviously referenced in Kelce’s pregame attire. We can’t talk about his fire suit, but we can talk about the Nike Dunk Low shoes he was wearing. The Nike SB Dunk Low in the “Safari” colourway was worn by the four-time NFL All-Pro tight end.
Anitta
Brazilian pop sensation Anitta had a busy evening at the MTV VMAs, as both a nominee and performer. A handful of her ensembles caught our eye. Apart from the black gown with a keyhole cutout and a colorful, print-heavy outfit by the Brazilian designer Mayara Bozzato, Anitta also donned a nude Alexander Wang gown when she received her award.
Olivia Rodrigo
The “Get Him Back” singer made a stunning entrance at New Jersey’s Prudential Centre after the release of her sophomore album, walking the red carpet in a molten silver gown. The sparkling dress, which Ludovic de Saint Sernin made especially for the occasion, had a V-shaped neckline, a low back, a leg slit in the centre, and 150,000 Swarovski crystals. She raised the bar with her footwear by choosing a pair of metallic platform Roger Vivier stilettos. On her accessories, Rodrigo let the silver GUTS rings she wore on the record cover speak for themselves.
Kelsea Ballerini
The singer of “If You Go Down” sported a crimson fit-and-flare gown with a short train that had no back. A deep keyhole opening could be seen in the halter top. Her elegant appearance was enhanced with basic, understated hair and cosmetics that complemented her eye-catching clothing.
Kourtney Kardashian & Travis
During the VMAs, Kourtney and Travis walked the red carpet together for the first time while wearing identical all-black ensembles. Travis opted for a dinner jacket without a shirt underneath, while Kourtney chose a leather off-the-shoulder corset dress with lace details.
Selena Gomez
Selena shut down the red carpet at the VMAs wearing the classiest red outfit, which is best characterized as “lit”. The pop queen arrived at New Jersey’s Prudential Centre wearing a stunning Oscar de la Renta spring gown. The provocative dress had a plunging balconette bra neckline, a high leg slit, and was made completely of flower-shaped appliqués that descended into a fringe train that swished romantically as she moved. Gomez wore merely strappy red sandals, white diamond floral earrings, and a matching diamond floral ring with the gown, letting it speak for itself.
Jeannie Mai
Jeannie Mai gives New York street a complimentary sweep with her hot pink and fabulous fit from Falguni Shane Peacock India. Jeannie pairs her pink blazer with matching pink pants, with extra detail of a tulle trail of pink feather.
Jeezy
Minimalism never goes out of style. Check out those tones! On the inside, Jeezy went all black and topped the outfit with a patterned brown and cream jacket. We absolutely love the tiny details on the jacket, which seem like leopard prints. And to complete the look, he went with a matching bandana on his head, Timberland boots and silver accessories.
Shakira
The 46-year-old singer chose a daring gold cutout Versace dress with Piferi platforms on the red carpet, going for sparkle and showing a little skin. She had her hair down and curly, one of her characteristic looks.
Doja Cat

Doja Cat began the year by donning red body paint and 30,000 Swarovski crystals for Schiaparelli’s Paris Fashion Week show in January. She’s since levelled up. On the red carpet at the VMAs, the singer was dressed in a white, sheer, spider web-inspired dress by Monse. The barely-there custom design featured a cheeky nude thong below and a gossamer, cobweb-like fabric that revealed her skin. She accessorized the provocative dress with transparent high heels, spidery lashes, frosty silver makeup, a sparkly ring from YESSAYAN, and her platinum blonde buzz cut.
Ashanti
The “Only U” singer’s purse stood out among the hot (and nude) red carpet appearances of the evening, since it confirmed her revived romance with ex-boyfriend Nelly.
Her sequined dress was also deserving of praise, especially with its turtle-shaped breast cups, even though the adornment generated a lot of conversation. She wore an updo and old Hollywood glamour, and she made sure to create provocative postures for the onslaught of photographers.
Bella Hadid
The 26-year-old supermodel, who is the face of a new Michael Kors campaign, was dressed in an ivory latex garment that hugged her physique like a second skin. Sky-high nude Christian Louboutin heels completed the look. The attention? Definitely on the lower cut on the back.
Nicki Minaj
Barbie bride in da house!
While Nicki Minaj is undoubtedly the Queen of Rap, she is also the Queen of Red Carpets. The rapper from “Barbie World” dominated the MTV VMAs and persisted in dressing exclusively in pink. Nicki opted for a sensual Dolce & Gabbana costume with a Barbie bridal theme rather than a traditional gown. The dress featured a satin corset with lace sides, a see-through skirt, and a delicate floor-sweeping train. The actress finished the look with a lace-trimmed veil, but admirers could still make out her winged eyeliner and bubblegum-colored makeup underneath.
Cardi B & Offset
Cardi B made a statement on the MTV VMAs red carpet by donning a strapless dress with silver hair clips. She also brought some PDA. The musician kissed her husband, Offset, while flaunting her appearance in front of photographers, giving viewers one of the loveliest moments from the awards presentation. To complement Cardi’s look, Offset added silver hair clips to his own hairstyle.
Taylor Swift
Swift walked the pink carpet in a gown that embodied the rougher, darker aesthetics from her “Reputation” album era. Donatella Versace created the outfit, which had an audacious thigh-high slit, gold button accents, and an open back.
Demi Lovato
The “Confident” singer, who also performed a medley of songs at the awards show, wore an all-black ensemble that included a minidress, shoes, and a boxy, floor-length leather jacket. Lovato complimented famous makeup artists Jill Powell, Alyx Liu, and Jill Jacobs for their work on her striking costume.
Megan Thee Stallion
The star walked the pink carpet in a daring sheer couture dress by Brandon Blackwood that her longtime stylist Eric Archibald had created for her. The strapless dress had visible black panels all over it, and Megan had a silver choker and matching bracelet to give some shine to the ensemble.
Billy Porter
Daniel Moloney’s Namara white denim suit is what Porter chose to wear. Flared bell bottoms, a short-sleeved shirt, and a tailcoat suit jacket with a ruffled collar made up the ivory-white layered ensemble. Porter completed the look with glittering eyeshadow, a striking silver neckpiece, and blonde hair combed to one side.
Stephen Sanchez
Stephen Sanchez’s stunning, enormous, baby-blue bow provided a splash of colour to his all-black outfit. Seppe Tirabassi, a fashion stylist, helped the “Until I Found You” singer create his look for the VMAs. Sanchez carried a bamboo-handled Gucci tote and sported a vintage Balenciaga suit.
