After living under the spotlight, some stars decide to go low-profile and live a more comfortable life away from the cameras and fans. Former TVB actress Yoyo Mung (蒙嘉慧) and her husband Ekin Cheng (鄭伊健) are one of those celebs and it seems that they live a simple life almost too well.
The couple, who are currently based in Fukuoka, Japan, have recently been spotted by a fan while doing their grocery run. However, their comfortable appearance caught people’s attention because the two looked almost unrecognisable in their casual clothes.
In the photos shared by a fan, 55-year-old Ekin was seen pushing a grocery cart full of household items, looking comfortable and relaxed. His wife, Yoyo, was also with him during their grocery store trip, as the two were photographed together, paying for their items during checkout. Both stars were dressed comfortably in black and it seems like both of them didn’t even notice that they were spotted by a fan.
The couple tied the knot back in 2013 and have been mostly staying under the radar, apart from several movie and television appearances. The two also seemed to have started a new life in Japan after it was revealed that Yoyo had started her own real estate business in the country. As for Ekin, it is said that he travels between Hong Kong and Japan, splitting his time to manage his career and spending time with his wife.
While it may not be glamorous, it seems that the two are content with the life they have.
