After the official announcement that UK rock band Coldplay will be performing on our shores later this year, fans have been glued to their devices to try and purchased the first tickets to watch the show. The CIMB holder tickets were on sale earlier today (Tuesday, 16th May) and they’ve been selling like hot cakes.
Even influencer Khairulaming tried his luck in getting the concert tickets that were quickly being sold out and here’s how netizens responded to his recent post.

Internet personality Khairul Amin, also known as Khairulaming, known for his Sambal Nyet business, tweeted earlier today how he managed to purchase 4 free-standing tickets to watch Coldplay’s “Music of the Spheres” World Tour live in Kuala Lumpur this November. “By 12pm, I managed to get 4 free-standing tickets even though I’ve been queuing in the restroom since morning,” he tweeted.
In a follow-up post, the entrepreneur shared how most, if not all the early tickets for the seated area were sold out and that he had no choice but to get the free-standing ones. After posting the two tweets, netizens found it amusing that the influencer had a hard time purchasing the tickets as this is exactly how they felt whenever they try to purchase his famous Sambal Nyet online.
Many joked that this is the celebrity chef’s “karma” for not providing enough of his product for his fans as they’re always sold out. A few wished good luck to those that will be standing behind Khairul as he is known for being a very tall person.

At the time of writing, Khairul has yet to respond to the comments about his “bad karma” but he did provide tips for those who want to purchase tickets for the free-standing zone, as seen in the screenshot above. So if you’re trying to buy the general Coldplay tickets tomorrow, how about giving his tips a try? It might pay off.
In case you didn’t know, the public figure was previously in Singapore to witness Coldplay’s sold out concert there. Lucky got him, he’ll get to relive the experience all over again when the iconic band visits Kuala Lumpur later in November.
