It’s been an eventful month for everyone involved in the View Chin cheating scandal, to say the least. Last month, an ex-employee exposed the entrepreneur for being a terrible boss while also revealing some juicy details about his marriage troubles and secret affairs.
Both he and his employee Mira have broken their silence regarding the allegations made against them but that didn’t stop his ex-wife Shermine from filing a report against the employee for wrecking her marriage. Now it appears a new issue has arisen after the alleged homewrecker decided to continue business as usual.
Normally in the midst of a big scandal, influencers would back away from the spotlight to avoid further negative attention but for Mira, she decided that it was best for her to continue working in front of the camera. The celebrity entrepreneur’s employee recently did a live stream to promote home appliances.
The same live stream was then posted on her Instagram with the caption that reads, “Hosting. #NotGonnaStop”. The video was met with mostly negative reactions from netizens. Regardless if she was right or wrong in the messy situation, many disagreed that she should not show her face publicly until the matter is resolved.
Some called her out for being shameless while others, who are on Shermine’s side, demanded a proper public apology from the businesswoman. A few even suggested boycotting whatever business she’s in.
After the backlash, Mira responded to all the negativity she’s been getting in a follow-up post. “I’m aware of what everyone is saying and I know I’ve made mistakes. I’m doing all I can now to right my wrongs and change for the better,” she captioned. The follow-up post was also met with more negative reactions.
Mira wasn’t the only one who started working again as Shermine also updated her followers that she’ll be resuming work soon and will do a live stream later today (Wednesday, 3rd May). At the time of writing, the influencer has yet to give an update on her legal situation with her ex-husband’s employee.
