Actress Grace Chan (陳凱琳) made a name for herself when she nabbed the Miss Hong Kong title in 2013. Not only did it make her known, it also landed her a sweet career with TVB. But, since becoming a mom of three, Grace has been less focused on her acting career and has prioritised managing her socials.
The 31-year-old isn’t entirely ready to disappear from the screen however. Just yesterday (4th April), Grace uploaded a post showing herself in lingerie captioned “Sexy is Strong“. However, Grace claimed it was not about showing her sexiness, but to show her strength instead!
“I used to feel incredibly shy to show a little skin because I often worried what others would think,” Grace shared on her Instagram. “Am I dressing a bit too provocatively? Is it ok to wear this now that I’m a mom?” A quick glance at her socials shows that while Grace dresses stylishly, she’s never been one to show too much skin.
However, it seems Grace’s thoughts on the matter have since changed. “There are so many beautiful examples of women who are strong, independent, and sexy—” Grace said. “The person that comes to mind right away? JLo, of course!” And it seems Jennifer Lopez isn’t the only one.
Grace’s latest photos capture her alluring figure clothed with a pink lacy bra and a hot pink night robe. Needless to say, the 32-year-old looks absolutely amazing! “So instead of feeling self conscious, I hope that these images bring to light a new MODERN way to sexiness that’s not about showing off, but about showing STRONG!” Grace ended.
Fans and friends have since flocked to her post to praise and support Grace. Several encouraged her to “be confident with (her) body” and to “be proud of (herself)”. However, a few others have cautioned her about dressing provocatively as well.
Either way, we hope Grace continues to flaunt that confidence!
