A video of a man yelling at a woman working at a toll booth because his TouchNGo card was not working went viral on Facebook.
Netizens commented on how nonsensical his actions were after watching the video, and that he did not need to pick a fight with the toll booth worker.
The video started with the man shouting at a female toll booth worker to open the gates to let him pass. However, the woman refused because the man has yet to pay the toll.
The worker calmly told him that he can pay by cash in order to pass, but the man kept insisting that his Touch ‘n Go card has money, and asked why does he needed to pay by cash when his TnG card has the money.
Things then escalated and the man started blaming the worker and her company for his faulty card. The worker repeatedly told him that he needs to go back to the company he got his card from to check with them, but the man denied and said that it’s not his fault.

The yelling went on till the end of the video with the man saying that he is rushing to somewhere and he needs to pass.
Netizens commented on how it was not the female worker’s fault, and that his actions were illogical.
“The worker is not at fault. Her job is to look after the toll. If there’s a problem with your card, find the person who is in charge of handling the issue, not the worker. It’s useless no matter how big of a fuss you make since the money is not deducted from the card. The worker cannot let you go because of that. “
“It’s RM6 only, compromise a bit. Try imagining that your wife is working in the booth. No matter how much you fight, it’s still your fault, and in the end you’ll choose to back down. Pick a smart fight, why choose to bully and hurt the weak.”
