It’s no surprise that local female celebs get scrutinised more, as compared to male celebrities. Keyboard warriors often feel entitled to voice out their disapproval and opinions on these public figures when they don’t leave up to netizens’ standard.
Previously, Malaysian artistes including Nora Danish, Intan Najuwa, and even Riena Diana came under massive scrutiny because of their sexy outfits. This time, local actresses Janna Nick and Fify Azmi are getting flak due to their most recent updates on their respective socials.
Janna (full name Nurul Jannah Muner) shared some photos and a video of her drenched in sweat after a physical yoga session. As seen in the posting, the former “Melodi” TV host was in black coloured workout outfits. In the caption, Janna asked her followers what type of exercises do they practice during the fasting month. However, the posting was flooded with negative remarks from netizens.
Most of them reprimanded Janna for her suggestive pose, especially since it’s Ramadan. “I’m just a nobody, but I have the right to call you out. How about you stop posting photos like this during the fasting month?” one commenter told the “Demi Rindumu” actress. “Hell fire is heating up,” another follower chimed in.
Meanwhile, Fify Azmi took to her TikTok to share with her fans a video of herself chilling in the pool and soaking in some sunlight. The 32-year-old model-turn-actress was clad in a black swimsuit. Much like Janna, the video was met with massive backlash from netizens.
Most of them called the “Special Force: Anarchy” star out for disrespecting the holy month. Watch Fify’s video here:
@xtra_my Semoga yang baik baik sahaja untuk Fify Azmi🤲🏻🤲🏻 #fyp #xtramy #fifyazmi #baju #renang #tepi #kolam #viral #beritaditiktok #sembangentertainment
The video was later removed from Fify’s TikTok.
