Celebrity divorces can get pretty ugly, especially if the couple has children. We’ve had several celebrity couples filing for divorce this year alone and their drama have yet to be resolved due to ongoing conflicts. One divorce case that no one saw coming was Diana Danielle and Farid Kamil’s.
It was previously reported that the actor was not only locked out of the matrimonial home that he shared with his wife, but he was also denied from seeing his children. As previously mentioned by the actress’s representative, she has the right to do so. Recently, his manager shared about his recent attempt of wanting to spend time with his children.
According to Farid Kamil’s manager, Azhari Hamid, the 41-year-old has been trying to reconcile with Diana as he refused to recite the proclamation of divorce. At one point, the “Anwar, The Untold Story” star wanted to take his son and daughter out for a ride in his new car but was shocked to find police vehicles arriving at the guard house of his former house with the actress.
Apparently, the police were called to prevent the celebrity father from seeing his children. “He was quite shocked and sad about what happened. I know he had been crying ’cause I saw that his eyes were swollen,” the manager said. Azhari then told the media that the actor did not expect to be denied from seeing his children as the case that was brought to court was only about their divorce.
On behalf of his celebrity friend, the manager shared that the father-of-two will go through the Conciliatory Committee (JKP) process with Diana as ordered by the judge. It was also revealed that the actor was locked out of their home the day he returned from filming an upcoming movie called “Gold”.
Azhari stated that he also did not notice anything wrong with the couple’s marriage as they looked happy together during the “Anwar, The Untold Story” movie premiere. As for the exact reason for their divorce, Farid previously mentioned that he had no problems as a husband and urged Diana to share her side of the story. The mother-of-two has yet to release a statement on why she filed for divorce.
