H&M
H&M Studio’s S/S23 collection has arrived and its dialing up the drama! Their new Glamour-Centric collection was inspired by Hollywood’s Golden Age goddesses and modern-day megastars embracing a ‘go big or go home’ approach to style, blending raw wearability with radical glamour. Extrovert after-dark designs and trophy outerwear mixed with off-duty loungewear favourites, attitudinal accessories and a concise capsule of menswear.
The key pieces in the collection for women include: an oversized trench, a leather motorcycle jacket and a faux-fur jacket that all radiate confidence; cool-girl denim and everyday-luxe sweats equally guarantee maximum elegance with minimal effort; snappy accessories, such as glossy, premium-leather ankle boots, rhinestone-trimmed lingerie and enormous sunglasses. Maje
It’s clear that the 2000s fashion trend is here to stay, just look at Maje’s 2000’s Flashback collection! This pre-collection plays around with noughties style by borrowing the most iconic pieces from a time defined by cool, supercharged femininity. Maje takes us back in time, creating a collection where no combination is off-limits: low-waisted trousers, crop tops, zip-up jackets or studded accessories, silver, rhinestone, pearlescent or printed pieces and different cuts, lace or see-through fabrics.

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Red Sole and the Women’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection, Christian Louboutin presented a unique dance show within the Opéra Comique, one of the oldest theatrical musical institutions in France and part of the six official National Theatres. The new FLAMENCABA capsule embodies savoir-faire, passion and friendship but also female empowerment, through its two signature cabas, men’s and women’s shoes, leather goods and fans echoing the Andalusian inspiration with intricate embroideries, frills and saturated colours.

UNIQLO
Uniqlo is back with yet another collaboration, this time with Musée du Louvre, featuring graphics by Paris-based art and design unit M/M (Paris). With designs inspired by iconic masterpieces, including the Mona Lisa, this collection skillfully combines their quintessential collage and typography, which has won worldwide acclaim through brand campaigns and artworks for musicians.
Launching in May 2023, the Louvre by M/M (Paris) UT Collection will be available at all UNIQLO Malaysia stores and the uniqlo.com online store.
