“Hi, do you mind if I ask what you do for a living?” he enquired. The driver quickly responded, “I’m just a Grab driver, bro.” The supercar driver was then asked to share some financial advice to young people out there. According to him, one should “save as much as you can, spend your money wisely, and give back to your parents or others who are in need.”

The TikTok user then asked the driver to clarify if he was really a Grab driver. He briefly responded, “Lalamove.” He went on and asked, “But then how do you afford a GT-R?” The driver replied, while opening the car boot, “You need to save, seriously. You got a long way to go. You can save up.”
The comments section has been flooded with numerous responses from netizens. Some of them expressed their admiration towards the Singaporean man. On the other hand, there were also some who were skeptical of the driver’s claims. To quote one commenter on TikTok, “He’s lying. He must have earned his money somewhere else (aside from being a rider). I’m a fulltime rider for Lalamove, so I know how much they earn per month.”
