Recently, a video posted by a TikTok user named Aizat Rahman went viral on social media. He shared a video showing a couple of foreign passengers causing a ruckus on a flight.
As revealed by Aizat in his post, he was boarding the flight from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket, Thailand. “I’ve only seen this type of drama on TV. This is the first time I’ve witnessed it right in front of my eyes,” he wrote on the caption. “By the way, these guys are MMA athletes. They went to Phuket for a tournament there. That’s why the AirAsia staff had to take extra measures in handling them.”

Through the video, one of the passengers had apparently lost his headphone. Feeling disgruntled, they began throwing a fit by punching the cabin compartment, disturbing other passengers in the flight. The flight attendant on duty then informed to the chief pilot of the flight about the incident. The two passengers were then asked to leave the plane by the security officers.
In the video, it appears that the duo didn’t take to kindly to the order and asked the officers to “get the f**k out of here”. As a result, the flight was delayed for an hour or two. In another video, the flight attendant could be seen approaching the two flight passengers, asking them to give their cooperation. They eventually complied with the order.
The two videos posted by Aizat has amassed over 600k and 400k views on TikTok respectively. Scrolling through the comments section, many were of the opinion that the airline staff – particularly the security team – should be stricter when it comes to handling the situation.
