The past couple of months has been a hectic one for Jackson Wang (王嘉爾/왕잭슨). The GOT7 member recently stopped by Bangkok, Thailand, for his Magic Man World Tour.
During his recent trip to Thailand, Jackson also participated in a special interview with the popular Woody FM radio show. He discussed various topics in front of a live audience, among those include marriage.
Speaking to DJ Woody Milintachinda, Jackson revealed that he wants to be married before he turns 35. Jackson also admitted that there might be a time when he will put his “family first” after settling down. “Maybe one day I meet my future wife, and then I think it’s going to be family first,” said the 28-year-old entertainer.
Jackson was then asked by the Thai radio host whether he was currently seeing someone. “Have you been approached by someone? Has someone asked you out?” The “Hard Carry” singer responded, “No.” Woody also asked whether Wang had asked someone out previously, to which he gave the same response.
He went on and shared, “I would say, ‘Oh, this is a very gorgeous lady,’ and then we start talking. And then after two minutes, it’s like ‘Oh, bye.’ You get me? It’s always too short to connect and it’s like “Hey, what are you doing, what’s your plan for the following week” (and then I’m like) “Oh yeah, I’m flying out tomorrow.” So, it’s really hard to bond.”
In addition, Jackson also interacted with the fans on social media. Some of the fans advised him to drink less. They said, “Stop, quit, unless you want to drink.” He then responded, “It’s not! I’m serious, I really want to quit (drinking). I will only drink if there’s a party, or when I’m on the stage.”
