Malaysian actress Zarina Anjoulie recently shared a video of her undergoing laser tattoo removal procedure on her IG. Zarina (or Anju in short) revealed this was the second time she went through the procedure. She previously uploaded a video of her removing several of her inks, including the tattoo of her ex-husband’s name.
“Greetings, yes, I know a lot of people will criticise me (for posting the video), but the last tattoo removal video that I posted was flooded with people asking (about) the location as well as the cost of the procedure. I hope this video and info helps,” Anju wrote in the caption.

In her post, the local celeb said that the cost for the procedure may reach around RM500 per session. Anju said, “Black ink is the easiest colour to remove, as compared to other coloured tattoo inks. For the black ink removal, you can see the difference in one session.”
The “Anak Pontianak” actress, added, “If you undergo three to four (tattoo removal) sessions, the difference is more noticeable as compared to other colours. It didn’t hurt that much. I could endure the pain.” Anju had disabled the comments section on her Instagram. It’s safe to assume that she did so to avoid getting hate comments from internet trolls.
As we mentioned earlier, this wasn’t Anju’s first experience of getting her tattoos removed. Back in July 2021, the 35-year-old star uploaded a video of herself undergoing tattoo removal at the Gorgeous Clinic in Kuala Lumpur. “I’m getting rid of my tattoos. The point is, I want to remove his name (her ex-husband, Yan) because I want to get rid of bad luck,” she was quoted as saying.
