Accidents are bound to happen, no matter how careful you are on the road. And sometimes, when people get into accidents, they will just blatantly lay the blame on the other person. Worse, some even randomly attack them for no reason, just like in this video that has gone viral on social media.
Facebook user, Yu KH, shared footage of the accident online. In the video, a Malaysian uncle was involved in an accident with a Foodpanda rider. Not only that, he even attempted to attack the food delivery rider after falling from his motorcycle! According to the netizen, the incident took place at the Persimpangan Berek 12 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan earlier on Wednesday (21st September).
At the beginning of the 25-second clip, we can see some vehicles such as cars and motorbikes waiting for the traffic light to turn green at a junction. Just as the light turned green, the vehicles started moving. We can also see the Foodpanda rider taking a right turn to get to the other road from the middle lane.
However, an uncle, who wanted to go straight, was caught off-guard by the rider. He eventually fell face first onto the road. As the rider had gone past, another rider went to have a look at the uncle first. The FoodPanda rider later came back to check on the man. However, the uncle suddenly stood up and attempted to punch the deliveryman. Fortunately, the rider was able to avoid it.
Many netizens have come forward to criticise the uncle for his unnecessary action. Some even urged the rider to lodge a police report against the uncle for trying to assault him.
