Pop the champagne – this calls for a celebration cause Pia Wurtzbach and Jeremy Jauncey have just announced their engagement to the world!
The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder and the founder of Beautiful Destinations took to their Instagram to share a reel of their beautiful vacation on luxury island Amanpulo in Palawan. “We found the perfect place to celebrate and tell you guys,” reads the caption.
Over the past few days, the Filipino beauty queen and her entrepreneur beau have been sharing their quality time “in paradise”. It’s been a much needed break as Pia had been “training for running every morning with not enough sleep“, while “powering through shoots, meetings, dinners in between“. “Last Sunday I finally hit a wall so you can imagine how happy I am to be taking a break here at Amanpulo,” she added.

Little did she know that Jeremy had been planning to pop the question. He did provide fans with a hint when he posted a snapshot of a nearby island, emphasising with a red arrow, saying “something special happening here later.”
