The holy month of Ramadan is coming to an end and Muslims still have a little bit of time left to heighten their focus on devotion and doing things like donating to charity, strengthen their relationships with their loved ones and of course prepare for Raya.
However, it wouldn’t be Hari Raya without delicious food which is why Finch is all about bringing people together through good food with their festive, limited time special menu this Ramadan in celebration of abundance and blessings.
Finch presents to you their all new Selera Whimsical menu, which has something for everyone. There are four options to choose from starting at RM48. If you’re not sure what to order then the chef’s recommendation is the Roasted Spice Chicken with Nasi Minyak, which features a marinated whole chicken leg that is soft and juicy, as well as aromatic rice served on banana leaf.
The Slow Roast Lamb with Nasi Minyak (RM68) is all things made of savory dreams with the lamb shoulder marinated with Arabic spices and slow roasted to perfection and served with Dhalcha vege.
If you want to treat yourself, the Deng Deng Beef with Basmati Rice (RM68) will satisfy all beef enthusiasts with delicious Australian short ribs marinated and grilled with specific Sumatran spices and paired with Kerabu Ulam for a mouth-watering burst of flavours.
There will be a selection of two drinks from the April Sip & Chill Mocktail series to complete the set which are the Apple Wanderlust, a refreshing concoction of apple, Aloe Vera, and honey and the Magic Flower, a visually delightful and beautiful elixir of Bunga Kantan, lychee, and lime.
