A week after the passing of the late Siti Sarah Raissuddin, her Instagram account became active again when the administrator who handles her account uploaded a new video content on the platform yesterday (Wednesday 18th August). The social media platform which is now operated among the family members of the late singer will continue to share all the latest updates of her four children and the business she runs.
The Instagram account, which has 2.8 million followers, will continue to be active for the singer’s fans who miss her presence. The latest post uploaded yesterday was one of the last cooking videos that the singer managed to record before she lost her life to Covid-19. The admin uploaded a cooking video of “My Style” by Siti Sarah in which she shared her way of making a Javanese sambal recipe.
The admin added that Siti Sarah managed to record a few cooking videos for her Instagram followers. “Who misses ‘My Style’? Before Siti Sarah left us, she managed to record a few videos of ‘My Style’ that are well-loved by the followers. For your information, the late Siti Sarah was really eager to record and upload cooking ideas for her beloved fans,” the IG caption wrote.
As such, the admin informed that they will continue to share the videos as a token of gratitude to fans who have been supporting the late singer. “The love sown by Siti Sarah will continue to be immortalised through this Instagram account. This account will be used for the children as well as business promotions run by the late Siti Sarah,” the admin added.
As soon as the post was uploaded, fans and fellow artists flooded the comment section by expressing their longing to hear Siti Sarah’s voice. They agreed that the Instagram account should remain active as it can reduce their longing for the late singer.
The admin who handles the account also thanked the late Siti Sarah’s fans and followers on behalf of her husband, Shuib for the never ending love and prayers to the deceased songstress.
