The rising cases of Covid-19 in our country doesn’t seem to be slowing down. Not 1 but 2 outlets have temporarily closed in Wangsa Walk Mall over the past weekend.
The mall located in Wangsa Maju confirmed that employees working at JM Beriani and Ahh-Yum by Kampong Kravers have tested positive for Covid-19.
According to the management, JM Beriani had been closed since last Thursday (31st December 2020) after a staff working there experienced mild fever and went for a swab test. Similarly, a team member from Ahh-Yum (located near Rotiboy and Boost) had contracted the deadly virus last week. As such, the rest of the crew are now in quarantine.

“We will continue to take necessary preventive and precautionary measures, and will continue to do so in strict accordance with the Covid-19 regulations. Let’s stay safe together, and continue to wear our masks, practise social distancing, and keep our hands clean!” the management added in the statement.
Not far away, Jaya Grocer in KL East Mall also announced its temporary closure following a positive Covid-19 case.
