The parent of a child studying at Trinity Kids, located at The Linc KL branch, is reported to have been tested positive for Covid-19. The Linc KL, situated in Jalan Tun Razak, is a popular retail centre that hosts many shops and eateries.
According to an Instagram post published today (24th September) by this commercial hub, the child is said to be on a half-day program at the school and, last attended the school on Thursday, 17th September.
The Linc KL also announced that they will be taking all the necessary precautions to disinfect and sanitise its common areas. Their statement reads:
“We have taken all necessary preventive measures to contain the risk of exposure to our customers, staff and tenants. Our immediate actions include disinfection of all common areas of The Linc KL by professional disinfectant company.You can be rest assured that safeguarding the interests and well-being of all parties visiting our premises remains our top priority.”
This is not the only new Covid-19 case reported in Klang Valley this week, with an employee from the UOB Malaysia branch in Kepong also confirmed to have tested positive for the deadly virus on 22nd September (Tuesday).
