Uh oh, things are not looking good for Safiey Ilias this week.
Earlier today (Monday, 21st September), the celebrity entrepreneur pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing and selling health products that are not registered under the Control Of Drugs And Cosmetics Regulations 1984 at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Court.

The court had ordered Safiey (full name Mohd Saifuddin Ilias) to pay a fine of RM5,000 for the first charge and RM18,000 for the second charge. As a result, the 26-year-old had to pay RM23,000 of fines in total.
“I admit I’m guilty to the charges and glad that this case is now over. I have also paid the fine just now. All I can say is, I hope that this will also set an example for others, besides serving as a reminder for myself,” said Safiey when approached by the press.

However, the “Syinta Gila” songstress declined to comment on the allegations that she had been a victim of sabotage. According to Safiey, “I do not want to prolong this issue to respect the law. I want this issue to be resolved quickly and that is why I pleaded guilty (to the charges).”

An arrest warrant had been issued against the queer personality for failing to show up during the proceedings twice.
